Resources
This page offers starting points, not requirements. You do not need to use everything here.
Immediate Support
If you are in immediate danger:
- 988 — call or text 988 (U.S.)
- SAMHSA — 1-800-662-HELP (4357)
- Emergency services — 911 (U.S.)
Outside the U.S., local crisis services may be available.
Harm Reduction & Safety
- Naloxone access — often available through pharmacies or harm-reduction programs
- Safer use information — strategies that reduce risk and prevent injury
- Peer-based support — community-led spaces grounded in lived experience
Ongoing Support
Care does not end after a crisis. Ongoing support may include counseling, community programs, mutual aid, or trusted relationships. There is no single path.
